A subculture for people that have the corresponding mentality. The Emo mentality is often seen as very emotional, usually in the form of depression and/or anger. Emos often have a tendency to harm themselves and people around them as a result of this. Those with the Emo mentality tend to think primarily about things that will keep them in a sad/angry state.
I think Sasuke fits that quite a bit.
