Rewrite: There is a Captain by the name of Nemo.
They both don't like to be called Captain Nemo.
Rewrite-verse: "Cecilia's" "secret" technique is called Bolt from the Blue.
OC-verse: Cecilia's new technique is named the same but varies in execution.
