Just read the first spoiler (no link or copied text due to me being on my cell)
Anyways All it said was Sabertooth and Mermaid Heel score points (but not how they earned them, thinking they just beat up some shrub teams like QP or BP) and the Queen finally gets introduced (IMHO that can't be good for FT since a queen would serve as a nice counter to a king who is "on FT side", especially if Natsu blows up her stuff in the palace  )
That's it... wish I knew more :/
