The Cometine destroyers are fairly easy to recognize. The larger ships looks sort of like the Anti-matter missile cruiser, but without all the missiles all over it. Maybe just a standard cruiser (something we never saw in the original, but was speculated existed). Definately getting fired on by Gamilas ships. I wonder if this is a Domel flashback, or a flashback of what happened to the Battlecruiser that was with Yamato in episode 10 originally...and that's where that lone Cometine fighter came from. So many questions. no answers, yet.

Also not a single shot of anything on Yamato.

Yep, she looks like a Missile Ship. I do believe this is some sort of either flashback or something they show as Domel is finaly presented. The picture in the middle of the bottom row does look like the Meltoria or at least a ship of her class, at least judging by the turrets gun barrels. I do believe the Meltoria is destroyed in the end of episode 10 (not sure as i haven't seen it yet ) but since Melda seems to stick around at least 'till episode 11, it might be a call back. The Domelus III looks badass, major improvement over the original.

When was the last time anyone made a remake of anything on this level? That the fans didn't say it sucked I mean.

This has been aclaimed as the ultimate remake by many fans and every new episode, any new picture, any piece of art or news, just makes me believe that more and more. After 2199, if anyone makes a remake of anything, they better takes notes of what's been done here for the bar has been risen and pretty high.
