Lets suppose they know have the know to do Fajr-5 missiles locally or that there is a secret tunnel to supply and endless supply of them. It does not change anything, there still will be a hundred (or a thousand, haven't done the math but it is ridiculous nevertheless) palestinian deaths for every israeli death.
