Couldn't be done. Even Moribito does not include this level of detail. If you have watched the video near the start of this forum, it takes her 6 minutes to draw Amir's face. To draw a page with this detail in ink must take a day or more. In color a twenty two minute episode would take longer than a Pixar movie to complete even if you could CGI all the fabric patterns. It just wouldn't be the same.
