I wouldn't be. This is the good old litigious USA you know. People sue over coffee being too hot here. The names will be changed, and the show will be Americanized from top to bottom. Didn't some 4kids exec say something one time about how they did their best to remove any traces of Japan from Pokemon, to the point of changing onigiri (riceballs) into jelly doughnuts?
