....well Roctis is just pathetic as they come, he modifies only to get Rai more serious. I have been wondering for a while when everyone says he has gotten weaker but its not like he has gotten weaker just his life force has, the more he uses of his powers the less time he has to live.
That ending when we see those blood wings once again, makes you wonder if there was a previous Noblesse or it was Rai from the start.

Just laughed when the 9th elder got consumed, a naive moron is what he is.
