For her subordinate, MC is a really harsh commander who is very strict on the discipline and the orders, but who is also the most competent leader ever. And they also fully realize that following her in battle is being victorious, and as most of them are complete warmongers, they also acknowledge that no one else can lead them to more bloody carnage and bloody battlefield than the MC.
