Working together, the 7 people (Krauss, Jessica, Rufold, Eva, George, Rosa, and Maria) discover the gold. There was no letter from Beatrice, so none of them thought they would get the headship of the family by discovering it, or anything like that. Instead they are genuinely happy to have their financial troubles taken care of, and Krauss even agrees to share the wealth.

The only one in despair is Kinzo, to whom Gohda just reported that the gold was found. His hope for Beatrice's resurrection is now lost along with the gold. On top of that, his family are being all buddy-buddy instead of competing with each other to succeed him, like they were supposed to. So he decides to carry out the ritual murders himself, and orders Gohda to bring him his sharpest knife. Kinzo wears gloves, so he technically doesn't touch the knife.

Kinzo joins the seven in the gold room, and toasts with them under the pretense of congratulations. Krauss is the only one that takes a drink, though. His brain melts from the lethal dose of cyanide immediately. Kinzo goes "hmph" and turns the lights off in the room. He then equips his thermal goggles, and proceeds to kill four other people.

Jessica and Rudolf escape the room, but the way back to the mansion was blocked by Kinzo. Luckily, the gold room is also connected to the hidden mansion, so they manage to escape there. The two decide to split up to increase their chances of survival. Rudolf hides in a room inside the hidden mansion (that place is not maintained as well, so it's the only place on Rokkenjima with dusty rooms) However, he is slowed down by the gold bars he grabbed, so Kinzo catches up and finishes off Rudolf. Jessica escapes on a boat (there are no boats in the main harbour. If there was one to be found, it'd be here.)

Kinzo looks out the balcony to see Jessica leaving on a boat. Dejected, he returns to his study, thinking he lost this game, but accepts it. After all, this is the kind of risk he is used to taking. But soon, looking out of the window, his frown turns into a mad grin and he laughs. Because the typhoon has now arrived, and any small boat would be sure to capsize.

The same story as above, but Kinzo doesn't intervene. Instead, Rudolf decides he wants it all for himself. He arms himself with a kitchen knife. They have a toast in the gold room again, but this time Krauss and Jessica are the ones to drink the poison. Rudolf kills everybody else, with the help of some trap X he set up as contingency plan.

However, Jessica isn't actually dead. As a high schooler, alcohol was a bit spooky for her, so she only took a whiff of the drink. That was enough to trigger an asthma attack and make it look to Rudolf like she was poisoned. She plays dead until Rudolf is gone, then catches him in the middle of moving gold to a boat parked at the hidden mansion, and kills him with a knife that was left in the gold room.

Since the tunnel is blocked, Jessica rides the boat that's already been loaded with some gold around the island, back to the main harbour. And does Kinzo really need a reason to be laughing randomly?

Considering that one of the 3 questions i posed is why he is laughing,you can guess that yes,he is laughing for a reason that he finds funny

While possibility of collaboration between some people exists,the 7 people never collaborated together on anything

The hidden mansion has nothing to do with this puzzle and krauss's boat works and is in the main harbor with the keys closeby and easily obtainable

I liked this try though,so i am looking forward to your next theory! Hope aura tells us a little about what his current thoughts are too,as,even if a coheisive theory hasnt been reached yet,thoughts and analyses are very interesting
