but nothing says that a miracle wont happen and aqua could still bring it home somehow or another. lots of manga an light novel have the mc dating a different person midway and go for the main heroine in the end. It's a long shot but nothing says that it's absolutely impossible. we can't call a series that hasn't ended yet imo.
