Since there is a non written rule that about not making two Fate series on the same season, this would be announced for fall at the earliest but my bet is winter (now the real world climate will match in the one in the miyuverse). Of course I do not have any inside info, but imo if the author were told no more seasons will be made, no doubt the manga would start coming faster.
