Loki did the same to Lefiya until her magic reach s or something.
add on:
Bell's level up from 1 to 2 in 1 and 1/2 months already cause a huge commotion with the Gods
and Bell's going to level five in 6 months would surely cause further issues with the Gods and their curiosity.
at this point they would expect him to reach 6/7 in a year.
