I have to say I really don't like Kazuki very much in this episode.
She is always jumping to conclusions, and she is very weak to anyone who talks smooth.

Yuuji has the ability to be fake like that but he doesnt want to. Kazuki seems
completely unable to see past the surface, and thus flirts incessantly with her old teacher.

Even when everyone tells her exactly what's going on, she refuses to believe it.
Honestly, I'd give up on her already if I was him. They'll never work out together
if she is so airheaded.
