I don't know what is the meaning of Cartoon, I only know the meaning of Anime "
Anime is a short term used by the Japanese for Animation since the Japanese pronounce Animation into Animetion"
So what about Cartoon? I can only see two words, Car and Toon but I don't know what the meaning of it
