Absolutely, this is the "official" trailer.
this is also the reason i fear the worst for the sell of higurashi in France, Belgium, Luxemburg, and other french speaking area. why?
because it appears they will promote the series as a silly murderous/bloody anime, without any subtility behind. (i think the general public will get it as another japan animation cliché... or some "fake Elfen Lied with more lolis")
i just hope that Geneon will react on this (since according the material copyright, Anima is clearly linked with Geneon as for the rights), otherwise... *huge sweatdrop*
