Man if the U.S defence budgets can be cut it would go a long way towards helping the deficit. In fact i remember hearing that the budget could be balanced overnight almost by cutting out wasteful defence spending but not sure if that's actually true. Sounds plausible though considering just how much of the GDP it takes up.
