I bet the guy(s) who made the raw of episode 1 from the Sunday airing last week were offended by all the comments about the lack of quality in their raw, and/or fansubbers' avoidance of subbing their raw convinced them to not bother.
Looks like we're stuck waiting 'til tomorrow.
