After NW 2 or before WW3? I'm having trouble pinning it down because while its clear Touko comes from post Fiamma, I can't say its nearly as clear for Touma.

Also, I get the distinct feeling that Touko is going to find out more and more that Touma outstrips her by quite a ways, and may end up jealous of him. Accelerator level jealous.

Spoiler for answer:

Touko got beaten by Fiamma on the Star of Bethlehem, after her right arm got severed the invisible thing fought trying to escape. Fiamma didn't stare in shock like in canon, and proceeded to take the chance to eliminate Touko.

After all, if Terra already have some inkling about Imagine Breaker then surely Fiamma would know just as much if not more - so Fiamma's not too surprised by the power of 'La Persona Superiore a Dio' being stopped.

Eventually I'll include a flashback to Touko's fight with Fiamma in the story - just don't expect it to be anytime soon.

In the next few chapters I'll make it clear this Touma is from days before being sent to Avignon. Though I might mess around with the dates a bit.

As for your other speculations, I will neither confirm or deny the truth of the matter.
