I think she's acting like she's embarrassed (which maybe she is a tiny bit -- him a lot more so), but later on in that same scene she moves way over to lean on his shoulder (which is a lot more embarrassing than holding hands), so I think she isn't really
that concerned. After the first incident she does her whole "wow that mistake just cost you your lunch, Mister" *one eye to see his reaction* thing she often does, so I tend to think she's just giving him a hard time.
