Hmmm, actually the review says that there's tons of trivia about Ranka, including the fact that she kept a 55-page blog. (but then again I might be wrong :P)
EDIT: I read in another place that this book would contain a Zentran word dictionary, right now I am using a computer that doesn't have a Japanese language pack for the browser so I can't check it. I was looking forward to it, but now it seems like it's more like a Ranka dictionary with some Zentran phrases in it (R-T kun referring to her blog alias for Alto?) :\
