Depending on what you mean, that would be "kiru mii" or "(w)atashi (w)o koroshite".
EDIT : Sorry! Reading your thread title, and remembering Avenger, I just understood that you want the romaji for the entire sentence "kill me if you can". I don't know how to add the "if you can" in Japanese. Somebody else will have to help you. ^_^
