*shrug* maybe I should really go translate the Vol19 Ch2 where Accel saved a pregnant woman... Basically Accelerator saw her got dragged into GROUP's fight against Spark Signal, and decided against chasing after Spark Signal immediately and saved her. Then he got pissed people not in the Dark Side got dragged in, and then literally flew off to try and hunt Spark Signal down.
IMO Accelerator probably won't save others like a doctor unless it's one of those spur of the moment thing. But if given the opportunity, he might end up eventually like saving lives instead of taking them, what with curing Last Order's virus and everything.
