A wielder of this bloodline limit I thought of has a strong affinity to the elements, but is only able to seperate elements from one another, destroying life or any creation of nature.

Elemental Purification Technique (Gogyou Jouka no Jutsu?)
Activated at will, the user's touch causes the elements composing the target break all bonds with eachother. The process is gradual, but even a short contact weakens the target's structure. The more chakra a target holds, the longer will it take to break down.
As the user's mastery increases, this technique will have more and more uses. An advanced ninja could absorb fire by seperating it from the oxygen that feeds it.
The immeadiate effect of using this on a person would cause mental and physical sluggishness. If prolonged, water would invade the target's lungs, drowning him or her. Eventually, the victim would dissolve completely.
These ninja's touch can reduce trees into piles of ashes.
Elemental Void Technique (Gogyou Garandou no Jutsu?)
This advanced technique requires a complex handseal sequence, after which the caster can, with a point of a hand, evoke a sector where for as long as the technique can be channeled, nothing is allowed to exist. The result is a massive wave of destruction as all matter, from air and rock to blood and flesh, is propelled outwards from the sector.
This technique is chakra-intensive, and requires a great level of mastery lest the users be blown away themselves.
