They can't seem to decide if Kazuya is meant to be a nice guy or a pervert/creep. If they're trying to make him seem like a mix, they're not doing a good job. You can have male leads be both and still come off as likeable and someone to root for, like Junichi in Amagami SS or Yoto in Hentai Ouji to Warawanai Neko and so on. They make Kazuya too Jekyll and Hyde-ish when it comes to how he is; one second, he's the nice guy then suddenly, he's the pervert and/or creep, then back to being a (hypocritical) nice guy.
And they still try to push it off as Kazuya actually being drawn into "photography". They should change it to be focused on Sanehara. At least she actually takes it seriously and such.
Besides Uchida (w00t), Kazuya getting a taste of his own medicine with Mai and the magazines was a good side of the episode too.
