IMO, that would feel out of character for Cecilia. From what I can tell, she acknowledges Ichika as he is and isn't glorifying him

In a sense Cecilia was vain, praying for a man who could stand on a level equal with her. And a bit childish because she hated men while praying for one to make her open up.

It sounded so much better in my head...
