Yagi did say a few years ago that Claymore story would be finished around Volume 25-26, we're now at volume 23 so around another 20 chapters to wrap up the Priscilla fight and the story as a whole.
They could be a Claymore part 2 where the dragons show up and the story moves to the mainland, but the story as it is now can't really go on for much longer after Priscilla is killed or what ever happens to her there's nothing left to do.
