I found a guide on Youtube. Basically:
1. Open both the regular and instrumental versions in Audacity.
2. Line them up perfectly to each other.
3. Mark the instrumental song and use the Invert effect which, if it goes according to plan, apparently removes everything that is similar between the tracks, leaving only the vocals.
4. Save it as a new file.

However, it can differ from song to song. I got a few great vocal only tracks where you can hear them take a breath before they start to sing, but the guitar could clearly be heard on Fude Pen, and I haven't managed to get anything workable out of Fuwa Fuwa Time yet.
