When i fist saw those lines below Tsukune's eyes i thought of Ulquiorra Schiffer from Bleach, Tsukune and Ulquiorra's facial features look very similar aside from the vampiric features that Tsukune has on his face, it would be cool to see Tsukune keep those features once the transformation is completed.

But the lines being red instead of black, having silver hair, crimson vampire eyes and pale skin, that look would be awesome.

I'm not sure I would like that tbh. Ideally, if Tsukune gains full control of his powers, he'd be a complete Shinso Vampire. So far, all the Shinso vampires who had control of their power we've seen had no facial or body decor of any kind. Alucard may do only because he absorbed the blood of so many other ayashi but that is not the case with Tsukune.
