Ami-chan for her outstanding character development (one of the best character development i have seen considering her very limited screen time). She also has that tragic heroine thing and her backstory was actually original for a change. Shes just my fav toradora character and prbly one of my top 10 fav anime characters.
If i had to pick a second fav it would be taiga.
Unfortunately im not a minori fan
