www.baka-tsuki.net and click on Clannad in the side bar. Scroll down until you seen the "SEEN" files. Those are text logs for the game in both English (preliminary translation) and it's original Japanese text. You should be able to read the entire after story. Please help out with the translation effort and edit errors in the text. You might just save another editor a few hours of scrolling
