It's already been confirmed that the first 5 Nobodies in Org. XIII (Xigbar, Xaldin, Vexen, Lexaeus and Zexion) were originally assistants for Xehanort before they became Nobodies. Original names were Braig, Dilan, Even, Aeleus and Ienzo.

Spoiler for spoilers: Xemnas has mentioned himself that he has viewed Xion as Ven as well, and being the Nobody of Xehanort, means that in the past Xehanort and his assistants most likely confronted Ven at some point of time. And considering Xion was a replica infused with memories of Sora, this pretty much screams "Ven has a huge connection with Sora". __________________
