As is the rule for all game development, "it'll be done when it's done".
Still no word on a release date from Navel -- not even a year or a season (like Summer/Fall/Winter/etc.). If I were to guess, I'd bet that there'll be some sort of announcement in the not too distant future to tie in to Shuffle! Memories, but we'll see. So far, everything's still "TBA".
