About that list - It's Top 26 out of 50. So 20 on is just "middle of the pack", really. The Top 3 also dominate in votes to a significant degree, and there's another significant drop off after the Top 10. So, I think there's some value in the Top 10 listed elements here, but beyond that I'm not so sure.
I also don't think this has much to say about bishoujo unless "bishoujo" itself is one of the options in 26 on (I don't know, as I can't read Japanese).
I do think it's fair to say that "Emotional anime originals that last longer than two seasons and which have gorgeous art" would probably do quite well right now.
