The "Useless Meat" part comes from a line that describes the Demon Queen's breasts.
Also, all three are basically present in the title: You have edutainment via the exploration of medieval fantasy economic and political workings, with doses of action and a small dose of fanservice.
You could just read the manga (specifically, the "KONO WATASHI NO MONO TONARE, YUUSHA YO" "KOTOWARU!" version) which have been scanlated to get a good idea of what the story entails.
