They're nicknames. As mentioned already, Fujita is called Reversal Queen because of how she only really takes over if her team is in the danger of losing, while Kainou is called The Spook because she apparently has a "phantasm" play style (whatever that means). That's why I'm curious as what it says on Hayari's card to give her the Whirlwind moniker.
