I'm an Ayase fan, but after reading chapter 4 of volume 11, I really think it is Manami. He says "no matter if it is now or 3 years ago, my answer is the same" which leads me to believe that it had to be someone from back then, leaving the options to be Kirino or Manami. It'd be kind of weird for him to like Kirino when he and she were so young so it has to be Manami. Why do all these light novels end with wrong pairing? >.< I remember reading somewhere that Kampfer ended not with Shizuku when she was probably the only logical choice IMO.

Also, he says, "I planned to confess to her this time" which probably means that it can't be someone who hasn't confessed to him (ie. kirino - pretty sure she hasn't said she loved him before). It probably won't be kuroneko since he already told her that he loves her when they were dating.

Either that or my analysis is completely off. I'm still crossing my fingers for Ayase though!
