Choose the Rachni queen (if you let her live in ME1), get the Rachni on your side, and let Grunt die, or get the fuck out of Dodge with Grunt alive but the rachni all but eliminated.

Rather tough call I should sau. Really leads credence on how the game is all about sacrifice.

Actually, you can have both of them alive if Grunt's loyalty is high.
