Well, you guys did discuss how convincing a cross-dresser Touma could be. Plus, Academy City is pretty safe such that anyone can fall asleep in public and not be robbed or assaulted or even arouse suspicion and I would expect that the School Garden would be no exception. After all, didn't Hamazura and Rikou find Fremea asleep in District 10 in the recent volumes (I could be wrong about this)?
