No... Rock Lee is one of the worst characters in the entire series... and I am not saying that just to annoy all of you... I never liked his design nor his actual character... he is not even funny... besides... how many critical one on one fights has Lee won (the "victory" over Sasuke does not count)? hmmm... zero... what good of a ninja is that? ... he's no better than Sakura...
