Sakura may still love Sasuke but it is possible that she loves Naruto more.
I mean seriously, she's literally willing to kill for Naruto. Kill Sasuke to be precise.
I agree, i don't think you can base anything for NaruSaku on the confession alone, but I don't see anything against it either.
