I honestly hope it's not an all out reboot since I'm one of the few people who thought both TV series were better thought-out than the manga. Unless of course it's just an episode or two of pushing the existing TV material toward the new series.

Then again if it was supposed to be a full remake I don't think they would go for ALI PROJECT and Shinkichi Mitsumune again.
