i've played both matsuri and matsurik kakera asobi, but not yet to played append ver.
If you have bought the original Matsuri, then you just need to buy the append version of kakera asobi and need to load matsuri's saved data when playing this version.
If you don't have the original Matsuri, then you just have to buy Matsuri Kakera Asobi (the other, not append ver.)
Matsuri Kakera asobi have many improvement from the original matsuri including:
-better scenario chart (in kakera asobi, you can jump to any part of the chart)
-Full Keichi Voice (in original matsuri game, Keichi only-voiced after getting into one of the chapter)
-New Movie added
-TIPS Section is voiced
-and many other.
