I have not seen all of the anime, so I am unsure if my question has potential spoilers:

Spoiler for Possible Manga Spoilers:

Are the Pactio Artifacts part of an inventory of pre-existing artifacts (i.e. in the magical world the various Pactio Artifacts are already in existance, maybe even well known), or are they created from the personalities of the various girls etc. and consequently wholely unique?
