My opinion:
Kagura and Amata are both reincarnations of Apollenus, albeit each half.
Zessica and that girl with Amata are reincarnations of Cell.
Mikage is reincarnation of Touma.
Why can't there be a whole reincarnation for all this people once so that there wouldn't be a mess!?
