7 skill technically since his ult is a switch, and I am the only one who thinks Jayce wouldn't look out of place in Nanoha's Space/Time Administration Bureau, I mean he's the defender of tomorrow and his weapon especially with the mode shift strongly reminds me of weaponry from Nanoha, him being "the defender of tomorrow" just makes the parallel would even better
