I think the effect was overdone to much a few places, like in the opening scene. Far to glowy for my taste.
On another note, it doesn't seem likely they'll be able to top the swim wear they put on Haruhi this episode. Chengosm style turtle neck top and mini skirted bottom? I approve.
Clothing overall in this episode seemed more inspired.
I'm really hoping this is the level of quality we'll be seeing for the rest of the season.
