My bad. I always confuse Yamamba with Ganguro. Either way, she could very easily just be dark skinned, as it is common in anime. As for the hair color... you do realize we have green, orange, pink, and purple hair here as well, right? It's the standard "differentiate characters with radial hair colors" treatment.
