We will have a surprise ticket around december, but you won't be able to pick Yurius (or the sisters). Remember that the ticket system changed a year ago or something: you cannot pick characters or summons with the ticket sold after their introduction. You have to wait another ticket so you can pick them. That's why no one could have picked the new Anat, Tsubasa etc with the previous ticket.
So most likely in January/February.
