I can make out everything except the narrator boxes and the one thought bubble, and it seems to be playing off of 239. Hayate tells Hina that he loves Athena (panel 2). Panel 3 has the narrator box with too much non-furigana'd kanji for me to read, but then panel 4 has Hina shouting that he's lying.
The text under the pictures seems to give an epilogue, starting with "And then, Ayasaki" something.
